My mantra is to eat less to make sure you see that thing next time. It is better than having it eliminated from your diet forever. But today I am here to discuss some recipes that are delicious and will help you shred your fats.


Corn happens to be one of those snacks that are not just delicious but also helps you feel fuller for a long time and helps you reduce weight.  How to prep?


  • Four medium sized corns
  • 4-5 tablespoon melted butter
  • One teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • Cayenne pepper and salt
  • One lime

Put the corns into a large size bowl so that adding up the salt and mixing it will not require too much effort. Once mixed, toast the corns on the grill and brush it up with butter until tender. Separately add cayenne pepper and salt in a bowl and apply the mixture with lemon after the corn is done.


Almost everyone loves beef but consuming it is quite difficult for the fitness freaks because of the fats it contains but once grills it tastes better and holds lesser calories.


For the beef:

  • 2 cups orange juice
  • Two tsp salt
  • One 2-lb steak
  • One Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • two Tbsp salt
  • One tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Two tsp chili powder
  • One tsp garlic powder

For the broccoli:

  • Two heads broccoli
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tbsp orange juice
  • One tsp mustard

Cook orange juice and salt until reduced half and let it cool. Add the steak to it and marinate for almost two hours.  Meanwhile, the steak is in the process of marination, in a bowl, mix salt, pepper, onion powder, chili powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder in a bowl.

After an hour take out the marinated steak and rub the spice into it and let it sit for an hour at room temperature, when done with the marination cook the steak on the grill until done.

Cut the heads of the broccoli with keeping the stems attached. Take a pot full of water with salt added and let it boil for one minute. Afterwards, add the broccoli into ice water for an ice bath. After taking out broccoli from the water and drying it up, grill it with salt and pepper in it. For the dressing, take a small bowl, and whisk shallot, mustard, orange juice, olive oil, pepper, and salt.


No meal is complete without a dessert at the end of it, someone said it and said it right that the dessert goes to the heart, not to the stomach.


  • Three peaches (riped)
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain)
  • ¼ cup honey
  • Cinnamon powder, to taste

Heat up the grill and slice the peaches into two halves. Also, blend yogurt and money until nicely mixed. Place the peach downwards on a grill and cook until the grill marks are visible on peaches and remove it from the grill. Place the peaches and top it up with yogurt mixture and garnish cinnamon on it.
